Accredited Investor Criteria

To qualify as an accredited investor, you must meet at least ONE of the following:

Income Requirement

Individual income exceeding £200,000 (or £300,000 joint) in each of the past two years

Net Worth Requirement

Net worth exceeding £1 million (excluding primary residence)

Professional Certification

Hold Series 7, 65, or 82 licenses in good standing

Entity Investor

Entity with assets exceeding £5 million

Non-US Resident

International investor (non-US resident) meeting equivalent accreditation standards in your jurisdiction
